Where are your offices?
We are located at AHA Towers, 4th Floor, Plot 7 Lourdel Road, Nakasero, Kampala
Do you take clients to view the land and when does this happen?
Yes we do take our clients to view the land. The clients however need to book in advance, and come to our office premises to pick up one of our staff, whol ll take them to the desired land/view the site. Call +256-751523327 at least one day in advance for a booking. The client provides transport, we provide a sales agent. We provide transport for a fee to clients who don’t have vehicles.
What is the purchase process?
After a client identifies a plot they like, payment terms with the sellers are negotiated with Mugavu Properties on our client’s behalf. A purchase agreement is provided for the client to review. Upon the client’s acceptance of the purchase terms, the client signs the purchase agreement and makes payment for the land. The respective land title is issued to the client upon completion of payment, together with a signed transfer form.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in the land business for over 17 years. We are committed to helping you benefit from our long-standing experience.
Do you help clients resell their plots?
Yes, we do this. We charge you 5% after the sale has been finalized.
Do you support diaspora clients?
Yes, we do serve people in the Diaspora. They can contact us via phone, email support@mugavuproperties.com, or live chat on our website. We shall be able to share available land options with them.
Do land sellers accept payments in installments?
We shall help you negotiate with land sellers for favourable payment plans.
Do you provide land with titles?
We support the sale of land with genuine freehold/mailo titles.
